SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
- When powered your CO2 Master will perform a system check, open the pilot valve and power the igniter for 30
seconds.
- If the pilot does not light within the first 30 seconds the igniter will shut off for the next 30 seconds and the
pilot valve will remain open. At the end of this 30 second delay the igniter will again be powered for another 30
seconds. Should the pilot not ignite during this 90 second ignition trial period the CO2 Master will shut off for 5
minutes and try again. The amber pilot lamp is lit during the whole trial ignition period and during the 5 minute
waiting period. A steady amber light usually indicates that you are out of gas.
- When the pilot is lit the main burner valve will automatically be opened and ignited by the pilot. The amber
ignition pilot lamp will go out to indicate a successful ignition and the green combustion pilot lamp will light
indicating that your CO2 Master main burner is operating.
- Your CO2 Master is protected against overheating. Should the ambient air at the base of the unit reach 43oC
or 110oF the unit will automatically shut off. A red pilot lamp will light to indicate an overheat situation. When the
temperature drops the unit will automatically resume operation.
